Plinio Upholstered Modern Bed

The Plinio bed by Santa Lucia belongs to the collection of upholstered beds of the Homy line. The bed is characterised by an original headboard with an open compartment and asymmetrical matt black legs. Plinio was born with the ambition to serve those who, having little space in the room, do not want to give up the comfort of a generously King-sized bed. In fact, this bed integrates a large open compartment to its headboard that replaces the second bedside table, thus decreasing the overall space.

The padded part of the headboard is composed of a box-like core of wood-derived panels shaped in foam rubber and upholstered. The wooden part is made up of 12 mm thick panels in essence or matt lacquer finish. The ring is in 50 mm thick panels in wood or matt lacquer finish. The feet are made from 25 mm thick wood fibre panels covered in printed and impregnated matt black paper and are equipped with anti-scratch plastic slides.
