IM20-05 Foldaway Bed by Clever

Introducing IM20-05, a composition complete with a cabinet with a foldable double bed, two-seater sofa, wardrobe, wall units, and desk. Much more than a simple equipped wall, it is designed to offer a total living solution that includes a living room, bedroom, and home office without sacrificing aesthetics or practicality. The protagonist of the ensemble is Shin Sofa, a resealable wall bed also available in French and single-and-a-half models.

When closed, it appears as a wardrobe with essential lines to which a bench is placed, useful as a small 2-seater sofa. To use the rest surface, simply remove the cushions (but not the bench), unhook the front flap and proceed with the movement of the mesh compartment. The descent of the bed is safe and assisted by a patented mechanism that avoids uncontrolled lowering. IM20-05 shows how to exploit a corner of the room by concentrating the furniture on two walls. Next to the wall bed are columns closed by doors that can be opened at 90 ° which, in addition to facilitating access to the internal compartments, do not prevent the positioning of base units and wall units near the wardrobe.

The study corner is represented by Sestante, a desk with a rotating top to be adjusted according to needs. Useful as a desk during the day, the top returns to its original position by sliding on invisible guides. The integration into base units with drawers and doors makes it a real home office piece of furniture, to be integrated into a studio apartment or small house. IM20-05 can also be placed in the room of a big boy or a young adult.
