The Oval Tulip Dining Table 160, 169, 179, 180 cm – Ceramic Top (H. 74 cm) is an Italian-made interpretation of Eero Saarinen’s iconic 1956 Tulip collection. Its generous oval proportions and sculptural pedestal base make it an excellent choice for spacious dining rooms, contemporary kitchens and refined hospitality interiors.

Handcrafted in Italy by CTS Design (Art. 2002), this model features a premium ceramic top available in a wide selection of finishes from Dekton, Laminam and Florim. These advanced ceramic surfaces reproduce the beauty of natural stone while offering exceptional resistance to scratches, stains, heat and everyday wear.

Premium Ceramic Top Options

The 20 mm ceramic top is available in three premium material families:

  • Dekton Ceramic (20 mm) – Ultra-compact surfaces engineered for outstanding durability. Available in finishes including Pure White, Absolute Black, Travertine, Arabescato, Calacatta Gold, Carrara Statuario, Marquina, Calacatta Lincoln, Carrara Gloss and Calacatta Gloss.
  • Laminam Ceramic (20 mm) – Premium Italian ceramic available in a range of marble and stone-effect finishes, including Marquina, Beige Stone, Sahara, Veined Grey, Calacatta, Statuario, Absolute White and Absolute Black.
  • Florim Ceramic (20 mm) – High-performance ceramic surfaces available in Absolute White, Calacatta Marble and Statuario finishes in both matt and gloss options.

All ceramic finishes are highly resistant to scratches, stains, heat and UV exposure. Their non-porous surface makes them hygienic, easy to clean and suitable for both residential and commercial environments.

Sculptural Pedestal Base

The table features the signature cast aluminium pedestal base, reinforced with an internal cast-iron ballast for excellent stability. Available finishes include:

  • Gloss Black or Matt Black
  • Matt Grey
  • Custom RAL/NCS colours on request
