Extendable Round Tulip Dining Table Ø93/138, Ø100/145, Ø107/152 cm is a modern Saarinen-style pedestal table designed for compact and flexible dining spaces. Made in Italy, it extends from a round table to an oval shape (138–152 cm), allowing you to seat more guests without increasing its footprint.

Inspired by Eero Saarinen’s iconic Tulip design, this extendable dining table features a central pedestal base for maximum legroom and a clean, architectural silhouette. Available in liquid laminate or solid oak, with multiple finishes and base colours, it is designed to suit modern, contemporary, and space-saving interiors.

Customisable Top Options

The extendable top is available in two refined finishes, combining durability with timeless aesthetics:

  • Liquid Laminate (25 mm) – Lacquered MDF available in white, black, grey, or any custom RAL/NCS colour. The semi-opaque surface incorporates glass microspheres for enhanced scratch resistance and reduced liquid absorption, making it ideal for everyday use.
  • Solid Oak (24 mm) – Available in natural, moka, black, or grey oak tones, including heat-treated finishes. The open-pore lacquer preserves the natural grain while ensuring durability and a warm, authentic appearance.

Sculptural Pedestal Base

The pedestal base is crafted from high-quality cast aluminium and reinforced with an internal cast-iron ballast for excellent stability. Available finishes include:

  • Glossy or Matt White
  • Glossy or Matt Black
  • Matt Grey
  • Any RAL/NCS custom colour on request

  • Ø 93 → extends to 138 cm – Compact extendable dining for 4 to 6 guests
  • Ø 100 → extends to 145 cm – Comfortable seating for 4 to 6 guests
