The synchronised extension system ensures smooth opening and secure locking, while maintaining a clean and balanced design. When closed, the table retains its original proportions. The extension leaf is stored separately and, depending on the finish, is either lacquered to match the ceramic top or made in the same material as the main surface for visual consistency.
